Established in 2005, i2O Water provides intelligent water network solutions to utility companies worldwide. The company was founded by Adam Kingdon and Andrew Burrows. Prior to the acquisition, i2O had raised a total of $31.7 million in funding over three rounds from investors including Naxos Capital Partners, Ombu Group, and Swarraton Partners. The company is now part of Mueller's Technologies segment.
