Hypery AG, founded in 2020 and based in Zug, Switzerland, has developed a music platform utilizing blockchain and NFT technology to enhance ownership and transparency for artists and fans. The company's CEO is Karl Oliver Goedicke. Hypery has received funding from institutional investor Seier Capital.

The platform serves as a marketplace where artists can sell their music, digital merchandise, and royalty shares as NFTs at prices they determine, with immediate payouts and royalties on subsequent sales. This model aims to provide artists with greater control over their creative works and a larger share of the revenue, which is estimated to be only 12% in the traditional music industry. For fans, the platform allows them to buy, interact with, and resell music NFTs. A key feature is community ownership, enabling artists to maintain their fan communities built on the platform even if they choose to leave.

Hypery has formed a partnership with Concordium, a proof-of-stake blockchain with a built-in identification layer, to bolster its infrastructure. This collaboration focuses on ensuring compliance, accountability, and trust within the ecosystem. The platform uses the ERC-1155 standard for NFTs on Polygon and other EVM-compatible blockchains, and the CIS2 standard for Concordium. Despite its developments, some sources indicated that the company was out of business as of August 2022.
