HumanSoft is a Thai technology company providing a comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) and payroll software solution designed primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The company was founded by Asadawut Jittasathien, who serves as the CEO. The inspiration for HumanSoft came from Jittasathien's direct experience managing HR for his family's printing business in Phitsanulok, where he sought to reduce the time, complexity, and repetitive tasks involved.

The cloud-based platform is designed to be user-friendly and accessible via web browser and mobile applications, including LINE. It offers a suite of features to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. Core functionalities include time and attendance tracking, leave management, automated payroll calculation, benefits administration, employee self-service portals, performance evaluation, and document approval workflows. The system is built to handle complex work schedules, provide real-time data, and generate necessary reports for tax and social security.

HumanSoft operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model, generating revenue from subscriptions. The company targets a wide range of businesses, aiming to simplify HR processes so that business owners and HR professionals can focus on strategic development and employee growth. In June 2024, HumanSoft secured a Series A funding round led by Beacon Venture Capital, the corporate venture capital arm of KASIKORNBANK. This investment is intended to enhance the platform's capabilities, expand its reach among Thai SMEs, and integrate AI technology to further elevate its HR management tools.
