The second vertical is in the healthcare sector, where its subsidiary Medika d.d. is the largest wholesale distributor of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies in Croatia. Medika also runs the largest pharmacy chain in the country through its subsidiaries.

Auctor Holding was established in the Czech Republic and its main activities consist of holding shares in its subsidiaries and financing the group's companies. Recently, the technology-focused holding company Auctor Group acquired a significant stake in the fast-casual restaurant brand Tortilla, aiming to drive growth through technology integration, including robotics, advanced data analytics, and AI-powered tools.
