Heyuan Lichuang (Suzhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a science and technology innovation company focused on the research, development, production, and sales of solid-state lithium-ion battery products. Established on January 3, 2023, the company is headquartered in Suzhou, with a research and development center for key battery materials in Wuhan and a battery system R&D center in Shenzhen, forming a strategic layout of "one base and two centers". The company's product applications span consumer electronics, power batteries, aviation batteries, and energy storage batteries.

In February 2025, Heyuan Lichuang commenced the construction of a 10GWh smart factory for solid-state batteries in Huai'an District, Jiangsu. The project has a total investment of approximately 5 billion yuan and will be constructed in three phases. The first phase is expected to be completed by August 2025, with product rollout anticipated in November 2025. Upon reaching full production capacity, the factory's total annual output value is projected to exceed 8 billion yuan. To facilitate this large-scale project, the company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Heyuan Lichuang (Huaian) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., in December 2023.

Just three months after its founding, in April 2023, the company secured equity investment from Yongxin Ark and Suzhou Park Science and Technology Innovation Fund, demonstrating early investor confidence. The company aims to provide safer, greener, more convenient, and durable battery solutions for intelligent living.
