The products are positioned to serve consumers at key consumption times throughout the day: breakfast, mid-morning, and evening snacks.

A significant milestone occurred in May 2022 when FMCG major Marico Limited acquired a 54% majority stake in HW Wellness Solutions, providing a strategic partnership to accelerate growth and expand market reach. Despite the acquisition, the founding team continues to lead the brand's operations independently. The company has a manufacturing unit in Pune and distributes its products through a robust omnichannel network, which includes over 90 online platforms and more than 12,000 retail outlets, with plans for further offline expansion. The brand emphasizes transparency and product quality, being certified as both 'Clean Label' and '100% wholegrain' by U.S.-based organizations.
