Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates as a social enterprise focused on enhancing access to government welfare schemes for individuals and small businesses in India. Founded in 2015 by Aniket Doegar, P.R. Ganapathy, Mayank Garg, and Asha Krishnan, the company is headquartered in Bengaluru, India. The idea originated from CEO Aniket Doegar's experience as a Teach For India fellow, where he identified a significant information gap preventing citizens from accessing their entitled benefits.

The core of Haqdarshak's operation is a tech-enabled platform that digitizes and simplifies information on over 7,500 central and state government welfare programs in multiple local languages. This platform serves as the foundation for its primary business model, which is an assisted-tech, B2B framework. The company partners with corporations, employers, and financial institutions to offer its services to their employees, particularly blue-collar workers, farmers, and factory employees. These corporate partners pay a service fee to Haqdarshak. A key component of this model is a network of trained, community-level entrepreneurs, predominantly women, known as 'Haqdarshaks'. These agents use the company's mobile application to go door-to-door, identify eligible schemes for citizens, and provide end-to-end application support for a nominal fee. This approach creates a livelihood for the agents while facilitating last-mile delivery of welfare services.

Haqdarshak also offers services directly to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), helping them navigate and apply for relevant government schemes. In 2022, the company introduced the 'Yojana Card', a physical and digital product that creates a welfare profile for users and links scheme benefits to their bank accounts. This initiative further streamlines access to financial inclusion. Since its inception, Haqdarshak has raised approximately $3.29 million in funding over several rounds from investors including Acumen, HiiL, and Beyond Capital Fund. As of FY24, the company reported revenues of Rs 35 crore and has stated it has unlocked benefits worth over INR 19,232 crore for more than 6.68 million citizens.
