H2 Equity Partners, founded in 1991, is a leading Western European hands-on investment firm focusing on the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Benelux. H2 Equity Partners is an entrepreneurial and hands-on investment company investing in mid-sized companies with significant growth or improvement potential.

H2’s typical investment targets are companies generating annual sales of £20 – £500 million or €25 – €550 million. We are a sector agnostic investor and cover a wide range of industries and markets, but focus on fundamentally profitable sectors with underlying growth.

H2 Equity Partners focuses on three main types of transaction:

Growth & profit improvement – including buy & build

We are used to working closely with management and other stakeholders to deliver results in complicated situations. Matters such as management succession or retirement issues for example do not scare us off unlike traditional private equity firms.
