We are entrepreneurial business people with a proven track record of delivering growth and a passion for building successful companies. Our approach is flexible, and we can provide capital to grow, as well as financing opportunities for entrepreneurs to realise value from their work to date.

Growth Partner was set up in 2015 by Richard Harpin as a way to invest in some of Britain’s most talented entrepreneurs and to nurture and scale promising businesses.

Growth Partner takes a long-term approach to investment and demonstrates a genuine desire to support business owners and their teams through the challenges of growth in order to generate strong returns for all. We add value through partnerships, and we know how challenging it can be for those at the top of an established business so we'll be working with you to grow your business.

We typically invest:

- £2 - £5 million for a significant minority shareholding;

- In entrepreneur owned and run businesses generating operating profits between £500,000 and £2 million a year;

- In UK based businesses, though possibly with international operations or the potential to expand internationally; and

- In passionate management teams with whom we can develop a step change growth plan that could take profits to £10 million+.
