The service provided clients with online tools, including neighborhood guides and property price trend data, to support informed decision-making. This was coupled with offline support from their dedicated agents who handled tasks such as coordinating viewings, negotiating contracts, managing paperwork, and providing post-move-in assistance. By combining data-driven insights with a standardized agent service, Greyloft aimed to bring greater efficiency and transparency to the real estate transaction process. The company secured US$1.1 million in a seed funding round from investors including DSG Consumer Partners, Wavemaker Partners, and JFDI. According to industry data, the company ceased operations in mid-2024.
