The company operates as a distributor for high-tech agricultural sprayer nozzles and accessories, serving farmers and agricultural professionals who require precise application of chemicals.

The business model centers on the sale and distribution of specialized spray nozzles. A key milestone in the company's history was the formation of a partnership in 1995 with the German firm Agrotop GmbH. This agreement positioned Greenleaf Technologies as the North American promoter and distributor for the Agrotop Spray Technology product line, including the TurboDrop® nozzle which was developed by Agrotop's Steffen Graef in 1993.

The company's product portfolio is designed to address critical agricultural challenges such as spray drift and canopy penetration. The TurboDrop® nozzle, a flagship product, uses a Venturi system to inject air into the spray, creating larger, air-filled droplets that are less prone to drifting and explode upon impact for better coverage. Over the years, the product line has expanded to include various models tailored to specific needs. The TDXL medium pressure nozzle was introduced in 1998, followed by the low-pressure AirMix nozzle in 2000. In 2005, the company launched the TurboDrop® TwinFan nozzle in response to the Asian Soybean Rust threat, designed for optimal fungicide application.
