A significant chapter in Green Brain's journey unfolded in December 2023. The company was acquired by CropX, a global ag-tech leader, for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition was a strategic move for CropX to expand its footprint in the Australian market and consolidate a fragmented digital agriculture sector. For Green Brain, led by General Manager Dominic Skinner, joining CropX provided the resources to accelerate its development and bring enhanced solutions to its customers, integrating them into a broader farm management system.
