Granite Seed Company, established in 1988 and headquartered in Lehi, Utah, specializes in supplying seed and erosion control products. The company was founded by Don Bermant with a vision to restore damaged lands throughout the Western United States. Over its more than 30-year history, Granite Seed has become a key supplier for commercial and government contractors across the U.S. On February 26, 2020, the company was acquired by S&S Seeds. It now operates as a brand within the NativeSeed Group, a network of regionally-focused native seed companies. This group was subsequently acquired by Heartwood Partners in March 2023.
