GoPigeon, operating under the legal entity Balodis Technologies Pvt. Ltd, was a logistics technology firm established in Bengaluru, India in 2015. The founding team included IIT Kharagpur alumni Deovrat Singh, who served as CEO, Yeshu Singh, and Sourav Sarkar, along with Apurv Jain and Rakesh Sarangi. The company functioned as a courier aggregation marketplace and an on-demand, first-mile logistics service provider primarily for e-commerce companies. The business model was centered on providing technology-enabled, end-to-end logistics solutions, aggregating services from partners like Xpressbees, Delhivery, and FedEx to serve its clients. By August 2016, the company was reportedly processing 20,000 orders daily and serving over 200 clients, including notable names like Paytm, LimeRoad, and Chumbak, across more than 20,000 pin codes in India.

In September 2016, GoPigeon secured $1.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with the stated goal of enhancing its technology and strengthening its team. Following this investment, the company continued its operations until it was acqui-hired by Narvar, a US-based post-purchase experience platform, in August 2017 for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition involved Narvar taking on GoPigeon's key technology and personnel, including the leadership team. This strategic move was designed to accelerate Narvar's platform development, leverage GoPigeon's engineering talent, and establish a foothold for Narvar in the Asia-Pacific e-commerce market.
