Revenue is generated through a subscription-based model, which provides users with access to a comprehensive suite of AI tools. A key feature is the aggregation of listings from over 70,000 sources, which are then vetted through a combination of AI and manual review to eliminate scams, duplicates, and advertisements. The service automates the application process, allowing users to apply for multiple verified jobs with a single click. It also includes an AI-powered CV builder to tailor resumes to specific roles, an AI cover letter generator, and an AI interview co-pilot for interview preparation. Future plans include the introduction of a career guidance test and enhanced personalized coaching tools, with the long-term goal of matching one million candidates to remote roles within five years.
