The company was originally created to provide the market a willing participant in complex loan restructuring transactions where many large institutions are reluctant to take swift and cooperative action without causing delays and generating large legal bills. Our experienced team of market professionals and the close involvement of management personnel allows us to smooth the progress of your transaction.
Today, GLAS are recognised as the premier independent, non-creditor, conflict-free provider of loan agency and bond trustee services, focused on providing streamlined solutions to complex transactions with the ability to work on deals which may be in distress, pre- or post-restructuring or unusual in nature.
