GLEAM Technologies GmbH was an Austrian manufacturer of multi-use, three-wheeled electric cargo bikes. Founded in 2010 by Mario Eibl and Dr. Stefan Perkmann-Berger, the company was based in Vienna. Eibl, with a background in mechanical engineering, served as CEO, while Perkmann-Berger, a serial entrepreneur, handled business development. The initial idea, born from the needs of a Viennese bicycle courier, was to create a vehicle combining the agility of a two-wheeler with the carrying capacity of a car's trunk.

The company's core product was a line of e-cargo bikes featuring a patented Dynamic Tilting Technology (DTT). This system, developed with motorcycle engineering expertise, allowed the bike to lean into corners while keeping the rear cargo platform level and stable. The bikes also featured full front and rear suspension, a modular "FLEX" system for interchangeable cargo structures, and powertrain options from Bosch and Polini. The design placed the cargo behind the driver on a platform that could be fitted with various modules, including lockable boxes, tarpaulin covers, or a child seat. The bikes had a carrying capacity of up to 200 kg, including the driver.

GLEAM targeted both commercial and private users, catering to sectors like logistics, food delivery, maintenance, and families. Production was European-based, with frames made in Italy and assembly in a smart factory in the Netherlands, which allowed for customization and shorter delivery times. After over a decade of development and raising funds through grants and seed rounds, series production began in early 2020. However, despite building a significant sales pipeline, the company faced financial difficulties. In June 2023, GLEAM Technologies filed for bankruptcy, and operations ceased in August 2023. The company's assets were subsequently auctioned off.
