Fuzzy LogX are the independent process improvement and solution implementation specialists for warehouse and distribution operations. Our focus is to make our customers more efficient and implement cost reductions through either process/layout improvements, software solutions or the implementation of automation solutions.

We focus on what we are experts at: making our customers’ operations as efficient as it can be, so they don’t have to worry anymore.

To put that into perspective, we offer a guarantee that we will uncover, as a minimum, 5x the investment in consulting fee back in savings to our customers with business cases and implementation details to support that. If we don’t you won’t pay a cent.

We are solution and vendor agnostic and as such have no allegiances with any of the solution or software vendors, just outstanding relationships and knowledge of their strengths and weaknesses. We do not take kickbacks from anyone.

If you’re a customer, we can support you from start to finish through your journey, but this is not a requirement. We empower your team to reduce your investment and, long-term, for you to be self-sufficient.
