Future Labs Group, operating as Oditi, is a co-creation platform that connects businesses with a global community of creative talent for crowdsourced design projects. Founded as PROSPECT 100 during the COVID-19 lockdown by Adam Flanagan, Alexandre Daillance, and Harry Beard, the company began as an Instagram account to inspire creatives and provide opportunities. The platform was rebranded to Oditi, inspired by David Bowie's song "Space Oddity," to reflect its mission of supporting unique ideas from anyone, anywhere.

Oditi facilitates a collaborative process where brands can post design briefs for various specialties, including graphic design, fashion, art, and typography. Creatives can then submit their work, get paid, and build their professional profiles. The platform operates on a model where brands can tap into a diverse pool of talent to source innovative designs and marketing content, while creators gain exposure and opportunities to work with major organizations. Submissions are often subject to community voting, which influences the selection process, though the final decision rests with the client brand. This model aims to democratize the creative industry by giving all participants an equal chance to be seen and supported.

Headquartered in the United Kingdom, the company secured a seed funding round in August 2023. Oditi serves as a space for brands to engage with a community of over 100,000 creatives, fostering the development of authentic and compelling marketing and product designs. The platform also features an art marketplace, selling curated works from independent artists.
