Funtoot, operating under the legal name eDreams Edusoft, is an education technology company established in 2010 and based in Bangalore, India. The company was founded by the team of Rajeev Pathak, Nandini Pathak, and Parul Pathak. It has positioned itself in the K-12 education market with a personalized digital learning coach.

The core of Funtoot's offering is an intelligent and adaptive personal tutor for mathematics and science, designed to cater to the individualized learning needs of each student. The platform utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to create a personalized learning path for every child. It assesses a student's interests, comprehension, and learning gaps to deliver a customized curriculum. The technology deconstructs concepts into granular units, allowing it to identify specific points of difficulty for a student and provide real-time assistance, hints, and step-by-step evaluations. This approach is intended to facilitate self-correction and keep students engaged through a system of rewards for successful progression. The service covers syllabi for CBSE and ICSE boards for grades 2-9.

Funtoot secured a total of $3.79 million in funding over three rounds, with its latest Series A round in April 2015 raising $1.15 million, led by Athera Venture Partners (formerly Inventus Capital Partners). Throughout its funding history, the company attracted a mix of 9 institutional investors, including Mumbai Angels, and 26 angel investors. In a significant milestone, Funtoot was acquired by Embibe (a subsidiary of Reliance Industries) in December 2019. The deal saw Embibe, under its legal name Indiavidual Learning Private Limited, acquire a 90.5% equity stake for approximately ₹71.64 crores.
