FlocCare is a Singapore-based B2B healthcare AI platform that has developed a generative AI tool to help healthcare providers create informative and personalized content. The company's mission, driven by the founders' personal experiences as caregivers, is to extend healthcare awareness to a billion people.

The company was co-founded by Shilpa Karkeraa, a serial entrepreneur who serves as CEO, and Rhythm Jolly, the Chief Business Officer. In March 2025, FlocCare announced a successful seed funding round, securing US$500,000 from investors including DTVP, SDTA Ventures, and several healthcare angel investors from Singapore. This capital is earmarked for expanding its AI models to new specialties, entering the UAE market, and growing its AI and product development teams.

FlocCare's core business revolves around a sophisticated AI platform designed for the overburdened healthcare ecosystem. It serves clients such as clinics, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and insurance companies. The platform utilizes in-house Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate fact-checked, regulatory-compliant, and scalable preventative health information. This enables clients to create hyper-personalized content for patient education and engagement across various digital channels, including social media, and in multiple languages. The AI models are reportedly 50 times faster than traditional content creation methods.

The product allows healthcare professionals to input brief notes or case details, which the AI then transforms into well-structured articles and other forms of content. This process is designed to save time for busy practitioners and overcome barriers to knowledge sharing. The tool is trained on specific healthcare sectors and regulatory requirements, and can even generate customized images and educational materials for workshops. FlocCare is expanding its specialized AI models to include a focus on cardiovascular diseases, chronic kidney disease (CKD), women's health, and oncology.
