Fixup Health offers a digital remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) platform for physical therapy clinics, designed to enhance patient care and clinic revenue. The software-as-a-service (SaaS) system allows therapists to track patient progress, manage home exercise programs, and automate billing processes. Patients use the PhyxUp mobile app to follow personalized home exercise programs (HEP) with video instructions and report data on pain and engagement, which therapists monitor through a web-based dashboard.

The company was founded in 2022 by Sangwon Lim, a former physical therapist and healthcare analyst. Lim was motivated by his nine years of experience as a physical therapist in the US, where he observed that patients often failed to adhere to paper-based home exercise plans, which hindered their recovery. After being incubated at the Harvard Innovation Lab in 2019, Lim developed PhyxUp to improve patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations. The platform officially launched in the US market in August 2024.

Fixup Health's business model is based on an annual subscription fee per clinic. The platform is designed to help clinics generate additional income by simplifying the billing for RTM services, which are reimbursable under Medicare CPT codes introduced in 2022. The system automates the tracking of billable time and auto-generates SOAP notes for insurance claims. The company is headquartered in San Jose, California, and has received pre-seed funding from investors including Tech Incubator Program for Startup, Digital Healthcare Partners, and Rabbit Ventures.
