Findulum Techlabs Pvt Ltd was a technology company based in Bengaluru, India, that developed Smartpocket, a mobile wallet application. Founded in 2013 by Kiran Shastri and Mayank Shah, the company focused on mobile commerce and payments.

Smartpocket's primary service was to digitize and manage a user's physical loyalty and membership cards within a single mobile application. The app identified a user's memberships via their phone number, consolidating the cards and updating them with loyalty points and personalized offers from brands. The platform aimed to solve the problem of carrying numerous physical cards and enhance the connection between brick-and-mortar businesses and their customers. In February 2015, the company secured $240,000 in a seed funding round from investor Sol Primero and angel investor Rajiv Mehta.

In January 2016, Findulum Techlabs was acquired by Goodbox, a conversational commerce platform. Following the acquisition, the Smartpocket co-founders were slated to join the leadership team at Goodbox. The legal entity, Findulum Techlabs Private Limited, was incorporated in November 2013 and is now listed with a 'Strike Off' status, indicating it is no longer active.
