FAST Group

FAST Group is a leading end-to-end logistics and supply chain provider in the Philippines. Founded by the Chiongbian Family, the company originated from a shipping business, William Lines, established in the 1970s. The group formally entered the logistics sector in 1976 with the incorporation of FAST Cargo Transport Corporation to integrate forwarding, trucking, and warehousing. In 2003, the group divested from shipping to concentrate on logistics, warehousing, selling distribution, and other ventures. The current President and CEO is William Chiongbian II.

The company serves multinational corporations and large local organizations across the Philippines, with clients including Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, and NutriAsia. Its business model encompasses a wide array of services such as transport logistics, warehouse management and leasing, selling distribution, toll manufacturing, and comprehensive supply chain solutions. FAST Group operates an extensive network featuring the largest warehouse footprint and trucking fleet in the country, covering 94% of the nation's provinces with over 13,000 employees. Revenue is generated from its distribution business, which accounts for two-thirds of its income, with the remainder coming from logistics.

In 2020, CVC Capital Partners invested in the company, acquiring a 40% stake to help accelerate growth, digital transformation, and potential mergers and acquisitions. This partnership aims to enhance FAST Group's market position through technology investments and expansion. As of June 2025, CVC was reportedly planning to sell its stake.
