EZ Commerce is a Brazilian company founded in 2007 by brothers Mauricio and Ivan Correa, which provides a cloud-based software solution for businesses to create and manage online stores. The company operates on a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) business model, offering tools for payment gateway integration, product reviews, marketing, and order and inventory management. It also provides statistical analysis and reporting to help clients manage their operations effectively. In 2017, the global e-commerce platform VTEX acquired Xtech Commerce for R$14 million to unify its Small and Medium Business division, combining it with its existing Loja Integrada solution. Prior to this, EZ Commerce had secured $2.5 million in a Series A funding round in 2016 from Crescera Capital.

The platform's features include functionalities for building an online store, managing sales, and integrating with ERP software for financial and inventory planning. EZ Commerce primarily serves e-tailers, providing them with the necessary infrastructure to operate in the digital marketplace.
