ESG Now serves a diverse client base across multiple sectors, including major companies like Arezzo&Co and Sicredi.

The business model is primarily subscription-based (SaaS), with plans tailored to the size and ESG maturity of the client company, from those just starting their ESG journey to those with complex, established programs. In August 2024, the company secured R$1.7 million in a funding round led by DOMO.VC, Sicredi Comunitá, Ventiur, and Angels Wallet to further develop its technology, including data automation and generative AI projects.
