ErgoAV was established in late 2022 by a team of industry veterans. In June 2025, its parent company acquired AVF, a prominent British AV mounting and furniture brand founded in 1977. This led to a merger between ErgoAV and AVF, announced in August 2025, aimed at expanding the product portfolios of both brands in global markets. The CEO of ErgoAV and Bestqi is Henry Lyu.
