The company's journey began with an initial idea in 2001, when co-founders Athanasios Papangelis and Dimitris Tsingos, then university students in Greece, developed a research prototype for an online school called eFront. For larger organizations with complex needs, Epignosis provides eFront, an enterprise learning management platform offering greater flexibility and control. Recognizing the need for training a deskless workforce, the company developed TalentCards, a mobile-first microlearning platform for delivering bite-sized training content. More recently, they launched TalentHR, an HRIS platform to help businesses manage employee data and processes.
