A significant milestone was a strategic partnership with Centrica in 2017, which led to the development of 'British Gas Lite' and later expanded to migrate over 7 million of Centrica's UK customers to the Ignition platform. ENSEK was ultimately acquired by Centrica in a deal that completed in September 2024. The company has also grown through acquisitions, including data analytics company NrgFin and AI-powered home energy management platform Zoa.
