Empiric Logic, founded in Dublin, Ireland in 2018, developed a software-as-a-service platform for the life sciences sector. The company was recognized as a high-potential start-up by Enterprise Ireland. The founder and CEO is Gareth O'Sullivan.

The firm provided secure, privacy-preserving software designed to help organizations manage, interpret, and analyze complex health data, such as genomics, phenotype, and health records, in the cloud. The AI-enabled analysis and orchestration solution addressed challenges in aggregating and correlating diverse health-related information to gain valuable insights. The platform's applications included whole-genome analysis, precision medicine, and phenomics analysis. The business model centered on providing its cloud-based bioinformatics platform to clients in the life sciences to make drug development and disease treatment more efficient.

In March 2021, Empiric Logic was awarded an €85,000 grant to advance research into data privacy in genomics. A year later, in April 2022, the company partnered with aCGT Vector to use its machine learning and data analytics tools to help accelerate the delivery of cellular therapies to the market. According to Tracxn, the company is no longer active.
