Elv Ai is a Slovakian-based technology firm specializing in online content moderation. The company originated in March 2022 as a non-profit project called Elfovia.sk, created by the communications agency New School Communications in response to the proliferation of disinformation following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. After experiencing high demand, the project was spun off into a separate startup, Elv Ai, in May 2023. The founders are Jakub Šuster (CEO), Gabriel Tóth, Ľudovít Ďurman, and Milan Dubec.

Elv Ai primarily serves media houses, public institutions, and digital agencies, currently operating in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Clients include major media organizations like Prima TV and the Economia publishing house. The business model generates revenue through paid subscriptions, with plans available after a free trial. In January 2024, the company secured €500,000 in a seed funding round from the CB ESPRI Impact One fund to support its European expansion. The company's moderation guidelines are aligned with Meta Community Guidelines and the Digital Services Act legislation.
