This allowed clients to create a customized corporate portal for their entire workforce. By providing these web-based tools, eLabor helped companies streamline their time and labor management, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency through automation. Over the years, eLabor attracted notable investors, including Microsoft and Redpoint Ventures. This backing allowed the company to grow and refine its offerings. Eventually, this journey led to a significant event: an acquisition by ADP, a major player in human capital management solutions. Following the acquisition, the eLabor system was integrated into ADP's offerings, becoming known as ADP ezLaborManager, which continues to provide time and labor management solutions for small to mid-size companies.
