Edition Birmingham
Luxury residential apartments with five-star hotel amenities.
Edition Birmingham is a luxury residential development located in Birmingham's city centre, featuring apartments that combine the comfort of a home with the amenities of a five-star hotel. The project is being delivered by developer Court Collaboration, with Select Property managing marketing and sales, Cadence Projects providing project management, and PGIM Real Estate acting as the funding partner. The development consists of two towers, the 15-storey Park Residence and the 46-storey Centenary Tower, which together will offer 581 one and two-bedroom apartments. The architecture is handled by CRKTL and the interior design by Weedon Architects.
The business model is focused on selling these luxury apartments to individual buyers and property investors, capitalizing on Birmingham's growing real estate market. The development targets high-earning professionals and renters attracted to the city's business district and cultural hubs. Prices start from around £296,000, with the project appealing to investors due to forecasts of high rental yields and capital growth. The first phase, Park Residence, is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027, with Centenary Tower following in Q3 2028.
Residents will have access to over 23,000 sq ft of amenities, a key selling point. These facilities include a 20-metre swimming pool (a first for a residential development in Birmingham), a spa with a hydro-pool and sauna, a state-of-the-art skyline gym on the 44th floor, yoga and spin studios, a climbing wall, a golf simulator, co-working lounges, private dining rooms, and a podium terrace with a cinema screen.
