EazyRent is a SaaS platform designed to automate and streamline the rental application process for real estate professionals. Founded in 2020 by Sylvain Assié (CEO) and Thibault Grandjean (CTO) in Toulouse, France, the company targets real estate agencies, social landlords, and insurers. Assié, an entrepreneur with a passion for real estate, and Grandjean, a high-tech enthusiast, created the platform to address inefficiencies in managing tenant applications. The startup was supported by the regional incubator Nubbo at its inception. The core of EazyRent's service is an AI-powered tool that automates the collection and analysis of tenant application files. The platform verifies the authenticity of submitted documents, calculates tenant solvency rates, and provides a conformity score for each application, aiming for over 95% reliability. This enables property managers to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks by up to 70%, minimize the risk of unpaid rent, and ensure a fair selection process. Clients include major networks like Laforêt, as well as social housing providers and insurance companies.

The business model is subscription-based, offering credits that correspond to the number of properties managed. EazyRent has received financial support from Bpifrance and the Occitanie Region and secured an Angel investment in 2021.
