The company's business model is centered on its AI-powered, big data-driven matching platform that connects clients with the most suitable freelancers, referred to as 'Irumi', within an average of 30 minutes. This system analyzes various factors like skills, work experience, and client satisfaction to ensure an optimal pairing. Clients can request a wide range of remote office tasks, including document editing, data entry, research, simple design, and customer service, on a flexible, as-needed basis. Revenue is generated by facilitating these connections and managing payments, which allows client companies to reduce fixed costs associated with permanent hires. The platform is designed for both small businesses and larger corporations, with some clients utilizing the service for amounts exceeding 20 million KRW per month. The service also provides a comprehensive work environment within the platform, featuring chat, video conferencing, and file-sharing capabilities.

Since its inception, EasyTask has demonstrated significant growth, securing seed funding and investments from firms like FirstGate, Ensle Partners, and The Innovators. The company has received multiple accolades, including a Minister of SMEs and Startups Award, and was selected for the TIPS technology startup support program. By 2025, the platform had registered over 40,000 freelancers and processed more than 2.6 million task matchings. Looking forward, EasyTask is planning global expansion, with initial steps to survey the Singaporean and U.S. markets to serve Korean companies abroad, with the goal of launching an English version of the platform.
