Easilys provides a web-based, multi-site management software for the hospitality industry, targeting chains and groups in both mass and commercial catering. The company was established in France in 2014 by brothers Emmanuel, David, and Olivier Grelaud with the goal of transforming how restaurant groups manage and control their kitchen operations. The founders aimed to empower restaurateurs to concentrate on their primary activities of cooking and customer service.

The firm operates on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model, generating revenue through subscriptions to its platform. Easilys serves a range of clients, from large contract caterers like Sodexo to restaurant groups such as Big Mamma Group and Vapiano, as well as over 2,000 schools. The platform is designed to help multi-site food service businesses digitize their processes, improve margins, and enhance procurement efficiencies. Key functionalities of the software include production and recipe management, inventory control, request for proposal (RFP) management, waste reduction, and compliance control. It offers tools for menu engineering, allowing businesses to analyze the profitability of menu items, and provides features for tracking nutritional information and standardizing recipes across all locations. The system also digitizes supplier relationship management, placing all supplier data, invoices, and purchase orders in a single location to streamline procurement.

A significant milestone in the company's history was its acquisition by the Spanish hospitality management software provider, Mapal Group, on June 3, 2021. This acquisition was part of Mapal's strategy to create an integrated back-of-house operating system for the hospitality sector. Following the acquisition, Easilys became part of a larger group whose software is used by over 50,000 hospitality sites in 54 countries, providing Easilys with opportunities for international expansion, particularly across Europe and Latin America. At the time of the acquisition, Easilys' software was already in use at more than 5,000 sites across six countries.
