Based in Poznań, Poland, e-file is a technology company specializing in software that facilitates communication with government offices and supports business operations. The company was registered in January 2010. The management team includes President Jacek Wawrowski, who is responsible for e-administration and e-commerce project development, and Vice President Adam Mielcarski, who oversees application programming, particularly for the tax and financial sectors. Wawrowski has been the majority shareholder since October 2013 and has over 20 years of experience as a consultant in e-commerce, IT, and e-business strategy.
