DTP Education Solutions is a Vietnamese education company founded in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in English Language Teaching (ELT). Initially a distributor of books from international publishers, the company transitioned into publishing its own materials in 2013, starting with the i-Learn Smart Start series. The President, Vo Dai Phuc, has over 20 years of experience in ELT and publishing, including roles at Oxford University Press, and also serves as Editor-in-Chief for key textbook series.

The company provides a wide range of educational products and services targeting learners from kindergarten to adult. Its core offerings include Ministry of Education and Training-approved English textbooks for grades 1-12, coursebooks, exam preparation materials, and digital solutions. Digital products are a key part of its strategy, featuring the Eduhome application, a digital resource library, and the Edufun app, which focuses on learning through music and videos. In addition to content, DTP supplies educational equipment like interactive whiteboards and offers teacher training programs to support the effective use of its products. The business operates on a B2B model, partnering with over 10,000 schools and educational institutions and serving more than 3 million customers in Vietnam.

In April 2023, Japan's Gakken Holdings acquired a 35% stake in DTP, becoming its largest shareholder. This strategic partnership aims to expand DTP's offerings beyond English to include subjects like math and science and to facilitate Gakken's expansion into the Southeast Asian market with Vietnam as a hub. The company has already started expanding into Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, and Laos.
