Dazheng (Jiangsu) Micro-Nano Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese high-tech enterprise established in 2018, specializing in the manufacturing of flexible perovskite thin-film solar cell modules and related precision equipment. The company originated as Lingwang (Shanghai) Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. in 2016 before relocating to the Semiconductor Industry Park in Zhenjiang High-tech Zone in 2019. Dazheng Micro-Nano has established a vertically integrated industrial chain that includes the independent synthesis of core raw materials, development of nano-precision coating equipment, and the manufacturing of flexible solar components.
The company's core products are lightweight, flexible perovskite solar panels and the nano precision slot-die coating equipment used in their production. These solar cells have achieved a certified photoelectric conversion efficiency exceeding 21%. In July 2022, Dazheng announced the commercialization of large, flexible perovskite solar panels, making it the first to mass-produce large-format panels of this type. The company serves various markets, including supplying smaller, cut versions of its panels to smartphone and tablet makers. Its technology also has applications in BIPV (Building-integrated photovoltaics), BAPV (Building-applied photovoltaics), agriculture, and IoT.
In 2022, the company invested 80 million yuan (approx. $11.85 million) to build its initial production line with a 10-megawatt annual capacity. It has since commenced construction of what is reported to be the world's first 100 MW mass production line for flexible perovskite components. A wholly-owned subsidiary, Dazheng (Xiamen) Micro Nano Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 2023 to expand its production base.
