Darwin Group is a UK-based construction company specializing in modern methods of construction (MMC) for the healthcare sector. Founded in 2006 by Richard Pierce, the firm initially served the education sector before transitioning to become a specialist in healthcare infrastructure. The company provides turnkey services, managing the entire process from design and planning to manufacturing and commissioning.

Operating from its own manufacturing facility in Shropshire, Darwin Group produces prefabricated, non-combustible steel modular super-structures with a design life of over 60 years. This offsite construction model allows for reduced waste, faster project delivery, and minimal disruption to live hospital environments. The company's primary client is the UK's National Health Service (NHS), for whom it delivers facilities such as surgical day case units, discharge lounges, and consultation rooms that comply with HBN and HTM standards. Darwin Group's business model includes delivering permanent buildings, as well as offering hireable, on-demand facilities to provide clients with financial and operational flexibility. The firm assists NHS Trusts with procurement and funding applications, being listed on several major public sector frameworks, including Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Procure23.

In April 2023, the modular building market leader Portakabin acquired Darwin Group to combine its scale with Darwin's specialist healthcare expertise. At the time of the acquisition, Darwin Group had a turnover of approximately £80 million and employed around 200 people. The company has received capital investment to expand its manufacturing capabilities and was recognized in the FT 1000 list of fastest-growing companies in Europe in 2022.
