Curea is a South Korean EdTech startup founded in 2020 that operates an AI-based learning platform. The company provides solutions for both students and teachers, aiming to enhance learning efficiency.

The firm has developed two main services: 'Ddogs' ('똑스') and 'Yoji'. Ddogs is a subscription-based service tailored for the domestic South Korean market, targeting middle and high school students. It functions as an AI learning advisor, offering curated social studies content based on individual interests and academic levels. For educators, the platform provides tools to reduce administrative tasks, create exams, and assist with academic evaluations. For students, it supports exam preparation, performance assessments, and self-directed learning. Curea's technology stack includes real-time streaming to provide instant feedback, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to minimize misinformation by grounding outputs in a vast database, and features for editing, structuring, and documenting learning materials. The company has received seed funding from Firstgate and was selected for the TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) program in 2024, as well as the 'Go Together' program by the UK-based accelerator DOHE.
