CTOgram is a Kazakhstan-based company operating in the automotive aftermarket industry, providing a digital platform that connects car owners with service stations and auto parts suppliers. Founded in 2016 by Zhandos Tursumbayev, the company aims to streamline the vehicle maintenance and repair process. Tursumbayev, a former television screenwriter, was motivated by his own difficulties in finding reliable car repair services, which led him to create a platform to digitalize the auto service market.

The company's core business revolves around its mobile application, which allows users to find and select car services based on ratings, reviews, and pricing. Customers input their car's information and the required service, and the platform provides a list of suitable service stations that then offer their prices for the job. This model saves car owners time and money by eliminating the need for extensive research. The platform also facilitates the direct purchase of auto parts from wholesalers, including suppliers in Dubai, and offers delivery services. CTOgram generates revenue by taking a commission from the service stations and part suppliers for the clients and orders it brings them.

Since its inception, CTOgram has demonstrated significant growth, attracting substantial investment. The company has raised over $2.4 million through multiple funding rounds, including a seed round of $700,000 in November 2021 led by Quest Ventures and MOST Ventures. In a significant Series A round in June 2023, businessman Timur Turlov invested $1.5 million, valuing the startup at $13.5 million. This strategic investment has since deepened, with Turlov increasing his stake to 41%, and is aimed at integrating CTOgram into the broader Freedom Auto ecosystem to create a comprehensive digital solution for motorists. To further this consolidation, CTOgram bought out its early-stage investors, including venture funds and angel investors, in June 2025. The company has also expanded its services by launching CTOgram Pro, a platform for service stations to find parts suppliers, and has established its own body shop network called Autobody for post-accident repairs.
