This collaboration resulted in a credit facility with an initial capacity of $500 million, aimed at supporting Crebrid's nationwide expansion, increasing capital deployment, and enhancing its proprietary technology. Prior to this partnership, Crebrid had originated nearly $2 billion in residential transition loans. The company has raised a total of $86.3 million in funding, including an angel round of $250,000 in May 2015.
