The company's core offering is an AI-powered platform designed to automate quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on construction sites. It utilizes helmet-mounted 360-degree cameras to capture comprehensive visual data of a job site. This data is then processed by proprietary 3D computer vision models to create a 3D as-built model of the site with an accuracy of up to 30mm. The system automatically identifies, marks, and tracks defects and quality issues across all trades, from structural and masonry work to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and finishing. This process is intended to eliminate the significant time site engineers spend on manual data collection and contextualization, which can be up to five hours daily.

Contineu's business model is centered on providing this data-as-a-service to general contractors, developers, and project management consultants. By offering a digitized and automated workflow, the platform delivers real-time visibility into site activities, enhances accountability by tagging issues to specific trades and locations, and allows for scalable oversight across multiple projects through dashboards. Revenue is generated by providing these AI-driven analytics and insights. The company initially focuses on quality control, with plans to expand its capabilities to monitor project progress, material quantities, and safety compliance. The platform is designed to integrate with existing construction management tools like BIM and Procore, ensuring it fits within established workflows.
