Concerto Commerce - Your one stop smart commerce solution..
Concerto Commerce operated as a specialized e-commerce and financial technology provider, aiming to streamline online sales for underserved reseller markets in the United States. Founded by Liz Elliott and Paul Huff, the company was established in 2020 with its headquarters in Southlake, Texas. The firm provided a cloud-based automation platform built as an enterprise e-commerce software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
The core of the company's business was to address the challenge of poor and inaccurate product data, which often leads to lost sales and high costs for online businesses. Concerto Commerce developed a system to automate the management of complex product catalogs by sourcing data directly from brands. This automation extended to synchronizing product information with vendors and distributors, as well as managing the fulfillment process. For its clients, who were primarily small and medium-sized businesses in the automotive aftermarket, this meant they could get a store online with a vast product selection in a matter of hours.
A key feature of its offering was the "PrestoSync" technology, which facilitated the quick setup of reseller stores. The platform also integrated payment processing, partnering with financial systems to embed payment solutions directly into their software, providing an inclusive commerce experience. The business model focused on recurring revenue from its software and payment processing services. Despite securing seed funding and participating in accelerator programs like the Softteq Venture Studio and becoming a Capital Factory portfolio company, Concerto Commerce ceased operations in late 2022.
