CODEGYM is an online programming school that provides several coding education services. The company was formerly known as LABOT Inc. before rebranding in October 2022 to align with its service name. It was founded in July 2019 by Hiroyuki Tsuruta.

A key feature of CODEGYM is its use of an Income Share Agreement (ISA) as a payment model, which it was the first to introduce in Japan for this sector in January 2020. This allows students to defer tuition payments until they secure a job and their income reaches a certain threshold. After employment, graduates pay 10% of their monthly salary for 30 months, with a total payment cap of 990,000 JPY. This model is designed to provide equal educational opportunities regardless of a student's financial background. Besides the ISA, upfront payment and installment plans are also available.
