Code & State operates as a venture studio, established in 2022 and headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The firm was co-founded by Cedric Waldburger and Artia Moghbel, both of whom have backgrounds connected to DFINITY. Waldburger, also the founder of Tomahawk.VC, previously served as a board member at DFINITY, while Moghbel is the former COO of DFINITY and an active venture capitalist. Another co-founder, Isaac Valadez, is a serial entrepreneur who now serves as the Marketing Lead.
