Leeto provides a SaaS platform designed to streamline the management of employee benefits for France's Social and Economic Committees (CSEs). Founded in 2018 by Arthur Reboul, Alban Porcheron, and Guillaume Lestrade, the company aims to simplify the complex administrative and accounting tasks faced by CSE representatives. The platform offers an all-in-one solution that includes dedicated online payment accounts, budget and cash flow management, accounting tools, and the distribution of employee perks.
Leeto's service enables CSEs to manage their distinct operating (AEP) and social/cultural activities (ASC) budgets within a single interface, with features like virtual payment cards and categorized transactions. For employees, the platform and its accompanying mobile app provide access to a wide range of benefits, including gift cards, ticket discounts, and reimbursements for cultural or sports activities, which are processed within 24 hours. The business model is subscription-based.
In September 2019, Leeto raised €2 million in a seed round from investors including Founders Future. The company was acquired by Up Coop, a major player in the employee services market, in August 2021, a move intended to broaden its service offerings. Leeto serves numerous high-profile clients such as Uber, Amazon, and LinkedIn.
