Circet USA is a network services provider offering design, engineering, construction, and maintenance for wireline and wireless telecommunication networks. The company is the result of a 2022 partnership between KGP Services and Circet, a European network services provider, to establish a global presence. In 2023, KGP Services was rebranded to Circet USA. The company's history traces back through KGPCo, which began a series of acquisitions in 2012. The Putrah family, founders of KGPCo, remain stakeholders in the venture alongside the management team and Intermediate Capital Group (ICG).
