Cinnamon Agency, established in 2014, originated from the shared vision of three college friends: CEO Ivan Kovač and Managing Partners Mateja Bartolović and Mladen Šimić. They combined their respective expertise in entrepreneurship, technology, and design to build a digital solutions agency. Today, the firm operates from Zagreb, Croatia, and Belgrade, Serbia, with a team of over 100 individuals.

The development phase leverages a full-stack engineering team proficient in creating web and mobile applications, supplemented by AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance efficiency.
